OVERVIEW

Freedom Oklahoma is Oklahoma's only statewide LGBTQ+ advocacy organization. After paying a web designer for 6 months with no results, the organization needed a quick, functional website that they could develop with their new Executive Director. They also needed to switch to a more functional action platform.

OBJECTIVES

• Build functional website that can be updated by interns

• Create punchy statements to encompass programming

• Create visual distinctions between 501c4 Action Fund and 501c3 Education arm

• Migrate data from Blue State Digital to Every Action with appropriate codes.

BIG WINS

• Introduced new color (dark navy!) to brand color palette which expanded options & updated brand.

• Wrote tagline - “Create space. Share tools. Build movements.” still being used by org

• Helping org transfer website to Squarespace has allowed easy updates and refreshes

SUMMARY OF RESULTS

Created user-friendly website on Squarespace using brand style guide, catchy headlines, Every Action integration and social feeds.
